With over 10 years experience of carrying out ethnographic research, we have been involved in designing and delivering a range of research programmes. Projects where we have carried out ethnographic research in a number of sectors include healthcare through to social services, consuming media, service design, mobile technology, financial services, education and tourism.
We help to create value by carrying out research to understand consumer behaviour, identifying needs and generating consumer insights. Central to our work is spending time with consumers in environments where they use and interact with products, services and brands.
